Chris Lynch is the Chief Financial Officer of AlarmForce. As CFO, Chris is responsible for all financial management of the company including finance, accounting, treasury, tax and investor relations in addition to helping to develop and execute the long-term strategic plan for the company.
Most recently, Chris was Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance & Treasurer for Brookfield Global Relocation Services and Vice President, Corporate Finance & Treasurer for Brookfield Residential Property Services, both portfolio companies of Brookfield Asset Management’s private equity group. Chris had overall responsibility for all financial planning and analysis, pricing, corporate finance and treasury activities including oversight of annual budgeting, forecasting and analysis of financial and operational performance. In addition, Chris led all global funding, liquidity, treasury operations and cash management activities.
Prior to joining Brookfield, Chris held previous roles with CIBC in investment banking and credit risk management. As an investment banker with CIBC World Markets Chris was involved in a number of advisory, merger, acquisition, equity and debt financing, valuation and restructuring mandates across a range of industries. As a risk management professional, Chris worked as part of the team responsible for the adjudication and credit risk management associated with the bank’s global securitization conduit portfolios in North America, the U.K. and Australia across a variety of structures and asset classes.
Chris holds an MBA from the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University and received an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
