Beth has over 27 years of extensive experience leading global brands in a variety of industries with a diverse background in consumer packaged goods, marketing communications, brand management, corporate partnerships, business development, client engagement and corporate social responsibility.
Beth’s marketing and business development experience spans both the client and agency side as well as sports and entertainment properties. Prior to joining AlarmForce as VP of Sales and Marketing, Beth managed her own consulting business as the President of FBR Consulting, providing thought leadership and expertise in marketing communications and strategic planning. Before venturing out on her own, Beth held a number of senior executive positions at Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment, including; Senior Vice President, Ticket Sales and Service, Vice President, Marketing and Executive Director of the Raptors Foundation. During her 14 years there, she led large teams who were responsible for ticket revenue, season seat holder retention, marketing communications, corporate partnerships and corporate social responsibility for a variety of brands, including the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, The Raptors Foundation and The Leafs Fund.
Prior to her time at MLSE, Beth held senior advertising agency account positions at FCB Global and MacLaren McCann, working on brands such as Chevrolet, Nabisco, Levi’s and Klondike. Prior to her agency experience, she held a similar account service role in Vancouver with the Canucks and Grizzlies, managing their corporate sponsorship department.
Beth started her career in packaged goods at Revlon Cosmetics and after 7 years in brand management, took a role with Bell Canada in their advertising department managing their sponsor relationship with sports properties, including; the Winter Olympics, the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors.
Beth holds an Honors BA from Western University and resides in Toronto with her family.
