  • 1 Year Contract
  • Receiving and processing incoming customer contracts, service work orders and payments;
  • Updating customer billing and account information as well as making any account adjustments;
  • Responsible for the cancellation process, the maintenance of inventory records as well as the police permit programs.


  • Must be a team player and a self-starter;
  • Must have a post-secondary education;
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) as well as great attention to detail;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Strong work ethics and being able to work well under pressure;
  • Must have some accounting knowledge and working experience.
