As a Customer Care Representative, you will respond to all customer inquiries relating to billing, contract renewals, account changes and other customer service related issues.


  • Have a strong work ethic and superb attendance

  • Post-secondary education
  • Previous call centre experience is an asset
  • Loyalty experience is an asset
