- Install our wireless two-way voice home alarm system/VideoRelay to new customers
- Provide excellent customer service to our existing customer base as well as training to the end-user on
- Recommend various products based on customer needs
- Complete all required paperwork on a timely basis and maintain inventory levels
- Participate in initial and ongoing training sessions
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work well independently with minimal supervision
- Home computer with internet access, printer and cell phone
- Reliable vehicle that can be used for work
- Technical experience an asset
- Must be available Monday – Friday, 12pm – 8pm and every other Saturday, 9am – 5pm
