The one experience I distinctly remember with AlarmForce is the night when my mother-in-law came to the house to drop a goody bag of food for the family. No one was home, so she set off the alarm she didn't know what was happening. She doesn't speak English well, so you can imagine her horror when the alarm kept ringing (and so loud too!). I have considered AlarmForce the best ever security system. That's why I chose to get one for our home. Before, we often watched the advertisement on television that is very interesting and entertaining. My daughter always remembers the jingle song call 1 800 267 2001 AlarmForce!!! This jingle is so entertaining and will capture attention to viewers. When burglars broke in our house in February 2011"We were terrified and scared because of this incident. Our television was stolen, our new video camera, my husband's watch, his wedding ring and his necklace with a cross pendant. Our things were all in mess when we got back home from work. Good thing our kids were not here at that time. To make us feel safer and secured we decided to get an alarm to be installed at once. So this terrible thing won't happen again. So the first thing that comes in my mind is your company AlarmForce I remember your advertisement on TV. I called your company then after few days someone came in to install it. Since then we felt secured and safe. One time when my son and my daughter wasn't able to disarm the system and went on force alarm your central station responded so quickly and called us at once and that is really the best thing I wanted a fast and reliable service you do to all your costumers. I would highly recommend this to all homes.

Alarm Force has been very professional even though we accidentally set off our own alarm. We are new customers (3 months) and the installation was seamless. My experience with AlarmForce has been one of the smoothest transactions ever. They truly live up to each and every word that they deliver in their sales pitch. I do not regret signing on with them because I know they mean what they say. They are very understanding, especially when it comes to setting off the alarm by mistake. The first time this happened I thought the police were right then and there in my living room and it scared the living daylights out of me. But, the representatives were kind, even though they probably were laughing on the other end because I forgot my name; my address and it actually took me a few minutes to recover before I could answer them. The best experience happened when I set the alarm off and the gentleman answered the call and asked me the general safety questions, at which I answered correctly. But since I sounded nervous he felt uneasy and called back over the intercom to double check on me and my safety. This type of concern will not be found with any other company. I signed up my Mom (an 84 year old senior) for AlarmForce services after she had a health problem. She has not had to call for help as of yet but has on occasion pushed the monitor button in error. We were all impressed how quickly an attendant responded to check on her condition, ready to send help if needed. I live on an acreage outside of Calgary. The area is somewhat isolated as the lots are four acres. Six years ago after having a robbery I had Alarm Force install break-in and fire alarm. Sure we feel protected by AlarmForce - more protected than we have with other companies because of the live voice system. But that is not the only reason we will always stay with Alarm Force. We are getting better at not tripping it, but in the meantime each time we mess up, we are reminded that our property is protected in case it is a break-in! And that feels very good indeed!

I had a system installed in my residence for a number of reasons safety being my first concern. Having never owned a system before I was quite unsure of where to go or even what I was looking for. I had several companies come in to see what they could offer and what the best option for me was. Alarmforce was by far the friendliest and presented numerous options for me. You know that you are in good hands when you forgot that your alarm system is armed when you stop by your home, enter your garage and your phone rings telling you that your home has been compromised. Good reaction time by the central monitoring station as it was only two or three minutes at max until my cell phone rang. An intruder would have been caught by the long arm of the law for sure.

My whole life I've been a bit of a baby when it comes to being home alone over night. Or at night in general. It's not that I can't do it, its that noises bug me, and I'm just a little on edge. I don't sleep as well and am just extra cautious. A while back a friend of mine who is a police officer recommended trying out alarm force. We moved to a beautiful old farmhouse in the country. I insisted we get an alarm system, my wife felt the country was safe and there was no need. Six months after we moved, in the middle of the night, our dog tripped a motion detector and set the alarm off. In January 2011, my house was broken into just three months after moving in. My children, who were still adjusting to having a new house, had all of their security stripped from them. My husband and I had a monitored security system with another company for approximately 18 years. Almost two years ago, an elderly lady was murdered in our neighborhood. My husband and I live in the country, and to add to that my husband leaves for work around 2.00 a.m. Monday to Friday which leaves me alone in the house overnight. Shortly after that murder took place, our alarm went off around 4.00 a.m. When I answered the call from the security company, I was told to "go downstairs and see if everything is ok". After some discussion that evening with my husband, we decided to call Alarm Force. When the representative came to set it up, we fully expected to spend at least $300.00 for equipment. We were delighted with the service and surprised that we did not have to spend a single cent. We are 100% happy with Alarm Force and would not hesitate to recommend your company. When I needed a security system AlarmForce was very prompt in responding to my needs. The installer was efficient and polite answering all my questions. My comfort with Alarm Force was only strengthened when one of my peers who have an alarm with another popular provider recently had a very disheartening experience when her alarm had gone off in the middle of the night with no indication of what the cause was. Last week, 2 people tried to break into my next-door neighbor's home, and they almost made it in on their 15-year-old daughter. When I purchased my home a few years back another security system from a different company was already installed; so I just took over the bill and paid it without another thought. We where trying to find a security company to deal with and wondering who to call, so we made a few calls the first to the company we used in our previous home. They said it would only be about $1250.00 to install the system and $35.00 a month to monitor it. My wife and I talked about it and decided to look around some more. In 2008, I finally decided to replace the alarm system that existed when I purchased my home. Not only was the service was questionable, but I was constantly replacing batteries or having the equipment serviced. After checking service options and cost with 3 or 4 companies I decided that AlarmForce was not only cost effective, but the equipment option was outstanding. All I needed was a small box attached to my phone in the kitchen and 2 motion sensors; I could not believe that I did not need tons of wiring throughout my home I sold my home in 2010 and moved to an apartment condo that provided an alarm system in each unit. For the individual who lives alone, or whose spouse/partner is away frequently, I would recommend that you invest in a personal emergency response system - AlarmCare. AlarmCare provides a sense of security. If you have a health emergency at home, by pressing the button on your Emergency Pendant you will alert AlarmCare who will get you the help you need.

There are six of us -- five boys and one girl -- and we're glad AlarmForce is always here to watch out for us when mommy and daddy are running errands or at night when everyone is sleeping. Had the system installed too late. That is our biggest regret. Had we installed it sooner our belongings would still be our belongings. We decided to have AlarmForce supply the security for our home not because of the threat of burglary but the fact that we have 2 small children. My children are very inquisitive and adventurous and we where worried that they would make a break for it out of the house onto the street. When my husband leaves home in the early morning, and I continue to sleep, he can set the perimeter alarm in the house and I know that I am safe! We love that we can use any phone in the house as a mobile keypad. The system is great!

AlarmForce is a great decision. Somebody tried to break into our house, they cut the line but they got scared when the alarm started. I feel so good about choosing AlarmForce. My first priority when we moved was to have the service changed right away to the new address.

When we moved in to our new home in Nov 2010, we contacted AlarmForce for a quote. They were professional and very knowledgeable, so we decided to go ahead. The install was done quickly, and they made sure we understood how to use the system. A bonus was the key fob we could purchase to alarm or disarm the system remotely.

My 11 year old daughter set the alarm off accidentally by opening the front door to let the dog outside. AlarmForce came over the loudspeaker and asked if everything was okay. I have had experiences with alarm companies for many years. AlarmForce was the first company who was prompt with answering questions; quick installation and I feel that someone actually cares about guarding our home, not just a minimum wage call center. I was at first not convinced that Alarm Force would work in my home. We have two small terriers that have been our guard dogs for 10 years and we were worried they would set off the alarm. Just after the system was installed I forgot to enter the PIN to disarm and heard a loud voice asking me to identify myself. I gave the password and even after that I received a phone call asking me if everything was OK. I feel very safe now and am convinced that Alarm Force is the best. My guard dogs work only part time now.

One day 2 years ago I came home after work to find that someone had been in my house. Alarmforce saved our home on two occasions within two weeks. After breaking through a garage man door which was not alarmed the thieves stole the tools from the garage. From inside the garage the thieves then broke down the door to enter the house. Upon entering the house, the motion sensor went into action and the thieves left the scene without ransacking the house. Two weeks later thieves entered through a second floor window using a ladder. Once in range of the motion sensor and setting off the alarm, the thief left through the window without taking or damaging a thing.

OMGOODNESS, where to start. I live in the Central Florida area where home invasions are an everyday occurrence. So I want my home protected. I had ADT for 22 years, and when I no longer felt secure without the video feature I called them to get a price. Well forget that. They told me since I was a VALUED customer they would give me a GREAT price. Their great price came in at over $1000.00 dollars for the CHEAP camera (the salesman's words). Our home had been broken into several times over the years even with an alarm system; nobody was ever caught, and are property never found. So I see your commercial on TV, I call your company, I get IMMEDIATE response. You offer me a price that I can AFFORD, and your people were at my home in two weeks installing my new system. Your men were, nice, polite, very KNOWLEDGEABLE about your product. Took their time to explain everything to me. We ran into a problem with the video due to MY Bright House modem, so your guy allowed me time to get BH scheduled to come fix the modem issue, and scheduled his (your guy) time so that he could be here with BH and get my camera hooked up properly. I was AMAZED that your guy was so willing to go ABOVE and BEYOND his job description. We had a glitch in the system about a month into our service, once again because of BH. I called customer service, the tech stayed on the phone with me for over two hours while he got my system up and running again. I can't say enough nice things about your personnel, your customer service, they are TOPS in this industry. We no longer worry about our family, our pets or our home as your product works EXACTLY like you say it will. We have had three different incidences in the time we have had Alarm Force. And because of your system, we were completely protected. Two times I wasn't home and I was able to not only see the men at my front door, but was able to tell them I was dispatching the police if they didn't leave immediately. The other incidence was in the middle of the night and someone ran over my mailbox. We have the whole thing on video, the time it happened everything. We reported it to the police, so they can keep an eye out for the vehicle. Once again we were AMAZED at how GREAT this system works. The camera is installed on my front door on a closed in porch, and yet it was still able to video the car coming down the road, hitting my mailbox and the driving off in the middle of the night, with no lights on outside or on the porch just the headlights from the car!!! And the ease of using your equipment, I set it every night with my telephone, no getting out of bed, just pick up the phone and it is set. We came home one night and when I went to disarm the system, I put in the wrong numbers, your people were on that speaker IMMEDIATELY asking who I was, what was my password, and then was I alright! This is the best system EVER!!! BAR NONE. I feel so safe now. I know my family and my pets and my home are safe. Just last night it was on the news about a woman's home being broke into, not only did they steal her property, they told her DOG!!! I have small dogs, and with your system I know they too are protected. I had a neighbor harassing me, the main reason I decided that I needed video capability. She hates my cats, and has threatened to hurt them. As soon as your sign went up in my yard, this neighbor has left me alone. Oh, I forgot to mention that your installer put the sign up for me without me asking even though the camera wasn't installed yet, so that I would feel secure, until we could get everything up and running right. Again, ABOVE and BEYOND his job description. From the first phone call I made to your company til today, July 28, 2012, you have been the best ever. I have never ever been more satisfied with a companies service, product and level of caring about their customer. I feel safe, my family feels safe. And in today's world, that says a lot. Your company does EXACTLY what it says it will do, right down to the billing department. I was charged EXACTLY what was stated on your commercial. NO HIDDEN FEES, I am billed monthly on the date YOU let ME pick, and the exact amount I was told it would be. Which to my amazement and delight from the beginning is LESS EXPENSIVE than what I was paying ADT, for way inferior monitoring. Also a great feature is I own the equipment, and if I was to move, I can take my equipment and have you install it in my new home. The whole experience with ALARM FORCE has been POSITIVE!!! I chose Alarmforce expecting a wireless system to be easily installed by a professional and surprise! It was! I worried about changing the batteries but in our 2-3 years together, I find it is easier than changing them in a smoke detector, about as easy as changing them in a calculator. No problem! I wanted a security system because break ins do occur in every neighborhood and I wanted Alarmforce because I found they will not only respond in person, through two way communication, but will stay on the line and provide critical ongoing information to police or fire departments during any undesirable event. I know they are good and timely because of the number of times I've forgotten to turn the system off when I should have. The siren screams and a trained representative is on the two way Loud speaker within a very brief time. In effect, my mistakes, which I am never charged for, give me the security of knowing Alarmforce is doing a great job! I still haven't found anyone who does it better which is a double blessing since they are among the lowest cost professional providers out there. I sleep really good for about a dollar a day.

Last March, while vacationing with me, my sister-in-law started a laundry upon rising. Alarmforce is the only company for me when it comes to protecting my employees and my business. Having dealt with other alarm companies in the past, I see a huge difference between your average run of the mill alarm company and alarm force. With the other guys the service is not personalized, vandals can break in and have 15-20 minutes to wreak havoc on your business. One day I got my 2-year-old son ready and we went out the door to head to the gym. Something I did daily without a second thought. As I was strapping my son in his car seat I noticed a man watching me closely. He began walking slowly, and acting just all around strange. It was about 9am on a nice sunny day. No one would do anything like break in in broad daylight in a busy neighborhood. Right? As I pulled out of my driveway I noticed him standing in front of the house next door, doing a very poor acting job of pretending he was waiting for someone. We had only had our alarm force alarm for a couple of weeks when our house was broken into at New Years. We were out grocery shopping for a party. Four years ago my husband started working steady midnight shift. That left me alone in our home by myself with our dog Daisy. Our house was burglarized on June 30 of 2010. After spending Canada Day itemizing our loses, we decided we should get an alarm system in order to have some peace of mind. It was five days before Christmas in 2009, when I was finally getting off of work, to come home and enjoy my holidays. I had been in Northern Alberta and British Columbia working for awhile and not getting the chance to come home very often. My landlord of the house, my spouse and I were renting, lived across the street and was able to watch our house while we were both out of town. It was 9:00pm the night before I flew home, when my landlord called to say our house had gotten broken into. I was very frustrated, upset and angry mainly because I come from a small town in Saskatchewan and not a lot of crime goes on. I did not know what to expect when I got home to see if all of our belongings were missing and the house destroyed. I remember coming home from the airport, very scared, not wanting to even stay at my house over night. When I got home, there was this feeling of someone there, but really there wasn't. Everything seemed to still be intact, and not missing, but I did not feel safe staying there by myself that night. I decided to stay with family. The next day, I called Alarm Force to have a system set up in our house. I was leaving for Saskatchewan within 72 hours, and no one from alarm force could come. This was very understandable since it was short timing. I explained to AlarmForce over the phone what had happened, how I did not feel safe, and I wanted to purchase a system. AlarmForce was very helpful. Their best intention was to get a system for me installed as soon as possible so I would feel safe in my own home. AlarmForce was very helpful and they worked with my landlord and me in installing a system in my house, even knowing me and my spouse were gone from Christmas. After Christmas I came home to find a wonderful, easy, accessible alarm to use that was very understanding to learn. The best part was how much room the alarm took up, which was not much! The amount of money I have to pay for having the alarm is well worth than having my belongings maybe gone one day, or myself in danger. I like how the payment system is set up on a monthly payment, and I can transfer my system to friends or family if need be. We still live in the house so it is definitely paying off. I also love that if we were to move, we can move our system to different locations. I am more home now, than I used to be but my spouse is still out of town lots. AlarmForce is great protect house if it is break in or forgot to turn alarm off that they will come in that's make sure to check it that's very safety. When I was wrong to click button "alarm on" for alarm off then I never noticed signal alarm until security police came in my house and asked me if it is alarm. I thought it is alarm off; I realized to notice it signal light red flash, I guess I was wrong to click button alarm on then turned off alarm. I am thank you to alarm force to safety for me. AlarmForce is very security every houses if I would recommend AlarmForce to my friend about it. My friend will plan to get AlarmForce next January when they will move in new house.

AlarmForce is our best choice because it is completely wireless and there is contact with your security instantly if needed.  We use AlarmForce all the time and really like the feature of protection when we go to bed on the second floor of our home we can move around upstairs but we know we are secure with the perimeter secure. We have had very good experience with all of your staff and when I first bought the service I had the minimum security but since then I have upgraded with more motion detectors and a fire alarm which is just great.  We have a beagle and he has full access in the house when the alarm is on which is very satisfying.  I have recommended AlarmForce to my neighbors and two alarms were activated one was for Health Security.  When the alarm is on all is well.

Several months ago I was at work when I received a call from Alarm Force to advise me that there was an unidentified woman in my kitchen. My first reaction was one of shock until the operator informed me that the woman claimed she was there to feed the cat. We have been with Alarm Force for two years now.  When we were considering what type of protection we wanted, we asked different neighbors who had your security system, if they felt it was good coverage. They did reply that they felt very safe because of the “real” voice that comes on when someone has entered without the code. Now that we have purchased this system, we have had good success for far. There have been a couple of incidents where my family has come into my home and forgotten to shut off alarm, but very quickly the voice comes on, and rectifies the problem right away. So far, we haven’t been charged for this, and we thank you.  We had one incident where we were away and our neighbors were watching our home for us. We didn’t know that my sister was going to come to our house, and she did not realize that we had put a security system in our home. So of course, the alarm went off, she panicked and our neighbor, Mike, came to her rescue. AlarmForce has given us the peace of mind that we thought would elude us forever. We lost our home and all that we owned in a house fire in 2010. Thankfully we were away on a weekend trip out of town because we would have most likely perished in the fire as well. I'm almost blind and yet I was successful in installing the unit.  Even a totally blind person, who lives too far away for a service person to come, could do it.  The keypad is also one which a blind client could use.  Some alarm systems have LCD displays that are hard for visually impaired folks to read and impossible for the blind to use.

My testimony would encourage blind folks and loved ones of them to use Alarmforce for their protection.  It also would give blind clients the feeling of accomplishment if they can set up and operate their own system, rather than having to beg a sighted friend for help.

I have been broken into two times and it is nice knowing that while living alone, that there is someone there that i can get hold of in an emergency. I feel safe and secure knowing that I am protected; having a voice activation is awesome.

We were having trouble with our door alarm and it was going off without reason. In one way it was annoying as Alarmforce kept calling us, but it was good to know they were protecting our home. I've been using an Alarm Force security system in my business for 3.5 years. The system is EXACTLY what I wanted, the installer/tech was friendly, courteous and informed. I've had four alarms in the time I've had the system; two because my back door was frozen shut in the winter and couldn't shut my alarm off in time, 1 because I forgot to shut my alarm off, and 1 because someone did, in fact, try to break into my shop. My alarm system was recommended by my insurance agent, and I can safely say that it was a wise choice.

I was a bit hesitant about calling Alarmforce as I thought I would get the big sales pitch and have to commit my first born to get a system but I was connected to a salesperson named Terry who sounded more like he could have been my Dad than some high pitched sales guy. AlarmForce is the best choice to protect any home as it is an economical 24 hr monitored service. I never thankfully had to actually use the system for a incident but my family feels more secure knowing the system is there monitoring our home. AlarmForce is a very good basic home system at a low price. The price is lower than the previous provider I was using. I do not get the same coverage in the house. The house remains wired for that coverage, but AlarmForce is not capable to use the existing wiring. I am happy with the service I am getting. The installation went very well and the tech was very helpful in allowing us to decide on where to mount motion detectors and which doors to alarm. I will continue to use AlarmForce. It was my brother that recommended AlarmForce to me.

The fact that there is a two-way voice system protecting my home was the driving force for my decision to go with Alarm Force. Knowing that an intruder is going to be confronted by a live person, Preston Manning or otherwise, is the only way to feel totally secure and safe with your home alarm system. Given that we have not had a break-in since we installed AlarmForce speaks to how AlarmForce is doing a great job in helping to protect our home. Whenever I’ve had to call Alarm Force, the support staff has been exceptional in providing friendly and knowledgeable support. The only problem we've ever had is "user error" as we forgot what our security question was. AlarmForce gives me a no-nonsense protection that is not matched by other competitors. While cars outside our home have been tampered with and had contents stolen, no one has ever touched our home. Hi my name is Maryanne, we have had AlarmForce in our home for around 5 years , a few years back my husband was out of town and it was my birthday and a few friends took me out on the town to celebrate and one girlfriend stayed the night with me in the house we turned the alarm on and went out after many glasses of wine we went back to my house my girlfriend and I walked in the house and never turned the alarm on ,Well, the alarm goes off and the operator says " AlarmForce identify yourself " I say ( very inebriated ) " It's Me!!" lol this went on till my friend intercepted and asked me "what's your password"!!! As a child I remember being afraid of the dark. Even as an adult a scary movie or a bump in the night would set off that fear. I am very satisfied with the prompt appointment and quick, easy installation. Simple to use - it even talks.. something that I think should be put on the website that it gives voice prompts. I accidentally set off the system somehow and all of a sudden I hear Attention this is the AlarmForce central station, identify yourself. I was just sitting on the couch playing with the phone features, so not sure what I did. It was so simple that I didn’t get a phone call, I just talked directly to the voice that came on. My old system that I had after the system went off or an silent alarm went off it could take up to 10 minutes to get a phone call. This was within 2 minutes that someone was there. I felt safe in my home but now I feel a lot safer and the installer put the motion detector up right the first time (I have a 60 lb dog and it took 3 trips for my old system before they got it right. Thanks AlarmForce and the best thing is the basic system is free so you only pay for the month of service and any extras that you need. That was a huge relief in the time of need. being tight on money with all the rising costs. The cost for my other system came to $52 a month and now I only pay $26 – another great thing with such a powerful alarm.

I would also like to thank you for taking the time to answer all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns in a professional and courteous manner. It seems to me these traits are rare these days. I would also like to thank AlarmForce for providing a top rate security system very competitive price. Since being in the market for a residential alarm system for some time now, I researched several companies, this included calling for quotes, checking the internet (ie. company websites, and independent forums), checking with the BBB, talking to neighbors with different alarm monitoring companies. I also checked with the local police and Sheriff's department to get the stats on their responses to alarm calls in the area. Through out my research one company consistently out performed every other company I checked out. That company was AlarmForce. In the area of cost and installation, the price of the different systems ranged from $0 to $299. As far as calling for quotes, it ranged from getting a knowledgeable live person right away to an automated operator asking for a callback number so that the sale team could call back. My experience with the call back normally took several days. Upon checking with the online forums and neighbors, I received response that ranged from very satisfied to deplorable with the different alarm companies. As a police officer I know the importance of responding to an active alarm call and having as much information as possible, and this was agreed to in the reports I got from the local police and Sheriff's department. With AlarmForce's live two-way voice alarm system the responding officers are able to better know the true nature of the alarm. As a police officer in Mid-town Atlanta, Ga. I know first hand the importance of a reliable alarm system and monitoring company. I would like to reiterate that after my extensive research I feel AlarmForce provides both a reliable alarm system and monitoring company at a very competitive price. I recently had some service done to our alarm system and after retelling the story my father had suggested that I email you about the experience. In fact, it really was no different then past service visits we have had with AlarmForce.

The three guys I have seen over the last few years have all been fairly young and each of them has pleasantly surprised me with their professional demeanor. I just wanted to write and let you know that I have an AlarmForce system in my home and yesterday someone broke in!  I'm so pleased to say that the Alarm System worked....yeah!! I received a phone call right away and immediately knew that it wasn't a false alarm.  I have a door with a glass window at the back - they smashed the window then walked through it ......
It was the sensor in the hallway that caught them!  Nothing was taken from my home as the alarm system scared them away, as a matter of fact the police had to do a walk though before I could go in and they commented on how the alarm system scared them at first.  I am so relieved to know that my home is safe and secure when I'm away.

I had a break in on March 29 and the two way voice scared off the intruder. I was an hour away from home when I was notified of the break in.  When I arrived at my house the police were on site.  The front door had been smashed in but nothing had been taken even though there was an expensive camera lying on a table quite near the door.

I am very pleased with the alarm system.  Thieves broke in through a smashed in back door.  The two way voice must have scared them off because they only took one thing and left a laptop sitting right on a table.  Thanks to the system my valuables were saved.

On my way home today around 12:15 p.m., I received a call from AlarmForce advising me that my alarm had alerted them to a possible break-in. Since no one should be at home at this time, they called the police. They told me that the police should arrive in approximately five minutes. Upon my arrival, I discovered the front door was open and AlarmForce advised it would be best not to go into the house until the police arrived. In about 20 minutes my cell phone rang and it was AlarmForce checking to see if all was okay. I advised them that the police had not arrived but that I would like to go into my house. They so kindly stayed on the phone with me during my entry and while I checked out the house. They also were kind enough to make the call back to the police advising them it was a false alarm. I just want to say thank you to the phone attendant and to AlarmForce. It would have been very frightening if I would have had to go into the house alone. It was a comfort just having someone on the phone with me. I truly appreciate the service you provide us.
