I had a system installed in my residence for a number of reasons safety being my first concern. Having never owned a system before I was quite unsure of where to go or even what I was looking for. I had several companies come in to see what they could offer and what the best option for me was. Alarmforce was by far the friendliest and presented numerous options for me. At the beginning after having the system installed I had difficulties with setting it off and setting the wrong buttons, I was able to call again and again to get help with the system. There were no questions asked and I was never made to feel bad about calling for help. Our local representative has been wonderful with coming out to investigate system issues or change parts over should we have difficulties. I would definitely recommend Alarmforce for their customer service, quality and affordability. Thank from a loyal customer!

1.5 years ago my house was broken into. I was devastated by the intrusion more than the loss of material items. I did not have an alarm in my house. The police recommended AlarmForce. Having it installed has given me peace of mind, and I sleep better for it.

Back in 2000 we lived in Toronto and while at the cottage for the weekend our house was broken into. Some irreplaceable items were gone forever. The worst were the feelings of vulnerability and violation. We moved to Wasaga Beach in 2002 and felt no need for a security system. Then in 2011 we bought a place in Florida. I knew I couldn't leave the house unprotected for months at a time. So I called AlarmForce and had a system installed. Now we can sleep at night knowing that our house is protected. We should have called them back in the '90's.

Alarmforce saved our home on two occasions within two weeks. After breaking through a garage man door which was not alarmed the thieves stole the tools from the garage. From inside the garage the thieves then broke down the door to enter the house. Upon entering the house, the motion sensor went into action and the thieves left the scene without ransacking the house. Two weeks later thieves entered through a second floor window using a ladder. Once in range of the motion sensor and setting off the alarm, the thief left through the window without taking or damaging a thing.
