My job requires me to travel quite a bit usually out of the country, and having Alarm Force allows my family to feel safe and gives me peace of mind knowing that they are safe even when I am away. But the best thing about Alarm Force is the fantastic customer service they provide. Setting up the system was quick and easy and they answered all our questions and concerns. Other competitors offer more sophistication or even cheaper rates, but definitively the reliability, customer support, smoothness and flexibility of the plan are very convenient, inclusively when I moved and needed to transfer the equipment and re-install the system, it was quite easy. I have been an AlarmForce customer for over four years now. I had heard many ads for Alarmforce products on the radio & after my 4th break-in at my house; I decided to become an avid customer. I love Alarmforce because of the quick, easy, no wire setup of their system in my house & I'm very happy to say that since then, I have had no further problems OR break-in's since. The occasional tripping of the alarm service resulted in immediate response by the voice system to verify there were not any intruders in my home. I'm very happy with the support staff at the AlarmForce center and with their knowledge and assistance whenever I've had a problem. I am very happy with my security system & very glad that they have not been called to my house because of any unwanted 'guests' in my home. I do highly recommend this service and look forward to many more years of great protection to my home and belongings.

I had a break in on March 29 and the two way voice scared off the intruder. I was an hour away from home when I was notified of the break in.  When I arrived at my house the police were on site.  The front door had been smashed in but nothing had been taken even though there was an expensive camera lying on a table quite near the door.
