ALARMVOICE AND ALARMCARE
Alarmvoice is the cornerstone of the Company. In the event of an intrusion, a two-way voice connection is established between the premises and our Central Monitoring Station. Upon receipt of a signal, highly trained AlarmForce personnel voice-threaten the intruder and dispatch the authorities. The live response has been shown to hasten a burglar’s speedy retreat. Two-way voice technology is also very effective in reducing the incidence of false alarms and the easily recognizable AlarmForce logo has deterred intrusion in AlarmForce protected premises. As an additional level of protection, AlarmPlus, our proprietary line cut technology, eliminates the possibility of disabling the security system by tampering with premises’ telephone lines
AlarmCare utilizes the Company’s two-way voice technology to keep an additional segment of the population safe and protected. AlarmCare, our personal emergency response system, is designed to enable our customers to live independently and with confidence. AlarmCare is particularly popular with the elderly and persons with medical conditions or disabilities, who are drawn to this innovative product for its ease of operation and the comfort and safety it provides. With a low monthly fee and no additional costs, AlarmCare offers an excellent alternative to assisted living. Both Alarmvoice and AlarmCare are very affordable and easy to use. These attributes, coupled with our award winning customer service, are responsible for numerous client referrals.
AN EXCITING 2010
AlarmForce is looking to continue our astounding growth in two ways. The first is to strategically expand our marketplace coverage. The Company’s U.S. growth has been very positive and steady since our 2005 entry into the U.S. market and we are excited about the addition of Minnesota to AlarmForce’s area of coverage. This adds five million people to the over thirty million population already included in those U.S. states served by AlarmForce. Using the same successful advertising model as in Canada, brand recognition has grown consistently in our existing American markets, making AlarmForce a strong competitor.
The second way we anticipate growth is by expanding our product line. Continuing our enduring commitment to research and development, AlarmForce has been working on a new product designed to visually monitor a residence through remote video access. This system will provide live video streaming over the client’s broadband connection, allowing the customer to view and interact with the home at all times, from anywhere in the world.

The system itself is user friendly but when triggered can be very unnerving and threatening to a potential intruder. The cost is very reasonable and guaranteed not to increase for three years. I've been Alarm Force customer for the past two years now and have always found comfort in my alarm system and the customer service I've received. My comfort with Alarm Force was only strengthened when one of my peers who have an alarm with another popular provider recently had a very disheartening experience when her alarm had gone off in the middle of the night with no indication of what the cause was. Unable to disable the alarm she was terrified and wondered why no one was attempting to contact her while the alarm was going off. After finally getting through to her alarm company she questioned why there was no attempt to check in with her to see if she was ok. Her provider had no suitable answers for her. It was then that I saw firsthand the value of two way voice communication. Knowing that when my alarm goes off there is someone instantly on the other end to help me out goes a long way helping me feel secure and comfortable with the service Alarm Force provides.
