I recently had some service done to our alarm system and after retelling the story my father had suggested that I email you about the experience. In fact, it really was no different then past service visits we have had with AlarmForce. The three guys I have seen over the last few years have all been fairly young and each of them has pleasantly surprised me with their professional demeanor. Each one of them has been courteous, friendly and organized. it starts with them showing up on time for the appointment, taking their shoes off without having to be asked, respecting their surroundings and always offering up advice or guidance with the system. In fact. even the service I receive on the phone from your central station has always been pleasant and professional. So all said, you've done an excellent job at training them to provide an exceptional customer experience. Anyways, I thought I'd share.

"Why security systems? If we read the papers, local and otherwise, we unfortunately know the answer. Why AlarmForce? When I recently heard about my neighbor 6 doors down having THEIR door kicked in, I knew it was time for me to investigate security systems and providers. AlarmForce had been on my radar, as a friend had signed up with them. I happily joined "The Force" when I heard about the monthly price plus AlarmForce would work with my cell phone since I don't have a land line. My experience: Quick response a couple of times when my handman guy came by and was he surprised!!! When the day comes for real, whether at night sleeping or when I'm away from home, I know someone's watching my investment! Thanks!"

Several months ago I was at work when I received a call from Alarm Force to advise me that there was an unidentified woman in my kitchen. My first reaction was one of shock until the operator informed me that the woman claimed she was there to feed the cat. That's when I realized that my often forgetful elderly mother was there to feed the cat the day before we left for vacation. I have experienced no problems with burglars since we signed up for AlarmForce but this experience gave me the confidence that the system works.
