Management Report
Management is responsible to the Board of Directors for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements of the Company. These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Canadian generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) and necessarily include some amounts based on estimates and judgments. Financial information presented elsewhere in this annual report is consistent with that in the consolidated financial statements.
In order to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of information included in the financial statements, management has designed and implemented a system of internal controls designed to provide reasonable assurance that reliable financial records are maintained. Management believes that these internal controls provide reasonable assurance regarding complete and accurate maintenance of accounting records necessary for the preparation of the financial statements.
The Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer have evaluated the effectiveness of the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures as at the end of October 31, 2006. They have concluded that the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures were effective, at a reasonable assurance level, to ensure that material information relating to the Company and its consolidated subsidiary would be made known to them by others within those entities, particularly during the period in which the management’s discussion and analysis and the consolidated financial statements contained in this report were being prepared.
The Board of Directors have reviewed and approved these consolidated financial statements. The Audit Committee assists the Board in meeting its responsibilities over the Company’s financial statements. All the members of the Audit Committee are financially literate. The Audit Committee reviews the financial statements and recommends their approval to the Board of Directors

I just wanted to write and let you know that I have an AlarmForce system in my home and yesterday someone broke in! I'm so pleased to say that the Alarm System worked....yeah!! I received a phone call right away and immediately knew that it wasn't a false alarm. I have a door with a glass window at the back - they smashed the window then walked through it ...... It was the sensor in the hallway that caught them! Nothing was taken from my home as the alarm system scared them away, as a matter of fact the police had to do a walk though before I could go in and they commented on how the alarm system scared them at first. I am so relieved to know that my home is safe and secure when I'm away.

Several months ago I was at work when I received a call from Alarm Force to advise me that there was an unidentified woman in my kitchen. My first reaction was one of shock until the operator informed me that the woman claimed she was there to feed the cat. That's when I realized that my often forgetful elderly mother was there to feed the cat the day before we left for vacation. I have experienced no problems with burglars since we signed up for AlarmForce but this experience gave me the confidence that the system works.

We were having trouble with our door alarm and it was going off without reason. In one way it was annoying as Alarmforce kept calling us, but it was good to know they were protecting our home. Alarmforce corrected the problem and the problem stopped. I have accidentally set of the alarm myself, but the Alarm Force personnel were extremely patient with me and I am glad that they were there. Thanks Alarm Force, your staff is amazing and I have already recommended you to other people including my sister-in-law who lives alone and feels very secure now knowing she has the two-way voice in case of emergency.
