We have audited the consolidated balance sheets of AlarmForce INDUSTRIES INC. as at October 31, 2005 and 2004 and the consolidated statements of retained earnings, income and cash flows for the years then ended. These financial statements are the responsibility of the company’s management. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audit.
We conducted our audits in accordance with Canadian generally accepted auditing standards. Those standards require that we plan and perform an audit to obtain reasonable assurance whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. An audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. An audit also includes assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the overall financial statement presentation.
In our opinion, these consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the company as at October 31, 2005 and 2004 and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the years then ended in accordance with Canadian generally accepted accounting principles.

I have AlarmForce protecting my home for the last 19 months. Twice I have accidentally triggered an alarm. I was immediately contacted and asked if we were ok and for our secure code number. Also the customer service representative helped me with changing a battery and testing my alarm. Thank you Alarm Force for making my family safer.

We love our AlarmForce system. It was very easy to get set up and the technician was very helpful. We have had a few false alarms go off and it great to have a person lives within minutes respond through the intercom and get it resolved quickly. Thanks AlarmForce!

I have been with AlarmForce for a while now and have received the best service possible from a security company. The customer service reps are always friendly and able to answer any question you may have. I have enjoyed the fact that my price monthly has not changed since I have been with AlarmForce. I have dealt with another home security company before AlarmForce but by far this is the best company in the world to me and I will be with them forever. I love the fact that there are live operators who come over the intercom when the alarm goes off and they stay on the line with you until they get the password and makes sure that everything is OK. Recently we had a technician come in regarding my alarm working incorrectly. He fixed the issue and spent about one hour addressing our concerns for safety in our basement. We had a motion sensor installed. Any time your people have been here they are knowledgeable and patient. I am very satisfied with AlarmForce.
There is no better value for the price you pay. Reasonable rates do not mean you have to compromise quality, Alarmforce has proven that. I can sleep sound every night knowing my business is safe! Thank you for proving quality and service without ridiculous rates, especially in the current economical circumstances. Everyone should be protected and with Alarmforce I believe it is possible. Several months ago I was at work when I received a call from Alarm Force to advise me that there was an unidentified woman in my kitchen. My first reaction was one of shock until the operator informed me that the woman claimed she was there to feed the cat. That's when I realized that my often forgetful elderly mother was there to feed the cat the day before we left for vacation. I have experienced no problems with burglars since we signed up for AlarmForce but this experience gave me the confidence that the system works.

I was impressed with the level of attention to the installation. I have an older house and the back door had to be reset three times to get it right. I was not charged for these visits, which happened over a week's time (they came out right away to make adjustments). It was all included in the base price. You cannot beat the monthly monitoring rate. Most importantly, the monitoring system works as advertised.
