My husband works a lot of nights, which makes me nervous staying home alone with our two children. AlarmForce has allowed me to sleep well on the nights when my husband is away. Since we've had the system installed, I've been given back my safety and security -- and all my family benefits from that.

When I needed a security system AlarmForce was very prompt in responding to my needs. The installer was efficient and polite answering all my questions. When I had a problem with the alarm, the tech people were helpful and we finally (through them) realized only a battery needed to be changed. I had been with another security company and had numerous problems with false alarms etc. With Alarm force it has been a relief and I feel secure in knowing there is a person at the other end. I highly recommend the company to anyone who is looking for security.

I had 2 old providers that hadn't given me the peace of mind AlarmForce has - with real time monitoring. I recommended family because their safety, security and peace of mind are priceless to me. AlarmForce is the only company that has reasonable rate and has not gone up for last so many years. This the only company which has two way live communication with the person (or intruder) in case alarm goes off to identify and warn that that the police has been dispatched

I want to thank you most sincerely for your response this morning when I apparently triggered a false alarm at our residence and left our back door unlocked.  I was having some difficulty with my wife when we left (she has Alzheimer's disease).  When I returned about an hour later I noticed the door was now locked and the telephone was ringing.  It was your office with notification of the alarm and your response. Our son also phoned shortly afterwards to advise that you had notified him also in response to the alarm.  I had also neglected to turn on my cell phone. Again, my sincere appreciation for your immediate response and corrective action; but then, that's why we subscribe to AlarmForce. But please accept my apology for causing the problem in the first place.
