  • Or from your other interaction with us, for example through your payment history

We use your information only to provide the security products and service you request, such as verification of an alarm and processing payment of monthly service fees.

At AlarmForce, we are obliged to keep your personal information confidential except under the following special circumstances:
  • When Authorized by You - We will disclose your specific personal information to third party if and when authorized by you such as providing your payment history to a third party designated by you or providing an alarm certificate to your insurance company.

Our Web server may collect the domain names, but not the email addresses of visitors to our Web site. We use the information to monitor and assist us in improving the contents on our site only.

  • I'm almost blind and yet I was successful in installing the unit.  Even a totally blind person, who lives too far away for a service person to come, could do it.  The keypad is also one which a blind client could use.  Some alarm systems have LCD displays that are hard for visually impaired folks to read and impossible for the blind to use. My testimony would encourage blind folks and loved ones of them to use Alarmforce for their protection.  It also would give blind clients the feeling of accomplishment if they can set up and operate their own system, rather than having to beg a sighted friend for help.

Since being in the market for a residential alarm system for some time now, I researched several companies, this included calling for quotes, checking the internet (ie. company websites, and independent forums), checking with the BBB, talking to neighbors with different alarm monitoring companies. I also checked with the local police and Sheriff's department to get the stats on their responses to alarm calls in the area. Through out my research one company consistently out performed every other company I checked out. That company was AlarmForce. In the area of cost and installation, the price of the different systems ranged from $0 to $299. As far as calling for quotes, it ranged from getting a knowledgeable live person right away to an automated operator asking for a callback number so that the sale team could call back. My experience with the call back normally took several days. Upon checking with the online forums and neighbors, I received response that ranged from very satisfied to deplorable with the different alarm companies. As a police officer I know the importance of responding to an active alarm call and having as much information as possible, and this was agreed to in the reports I got from the local police and Sheriff's department.
