We use your information only to provide the security products and service you request, such as verification of an alarm and processing payment of monthly service fees.At AlarmForce, we are obliged to keep your personal information confidential except under the following special circumstances:
- When Authorized by You - We will disclose your specific personal information to third party if and when authorized by you such as providing your payment history to a third party designated by you or providing an alarm certificate to your insurance company.

Our Web server may collect the domain names, but not the email addresses of visitors to our Web site. We use the information to monitor and assist us in improving the contents on our site only.

We moved to a beautiful old farmhouse in the country. I insisted we get an alarm system, my wife felt the country was safe and there was no need. Six months after we moved, in the middle of the night, our dog tripped a motion detector and set the alarm off. I was not home at the time and my wife not knowing what happened and awakened in a dark house became concerned, less than 60 seconds after the alarm went off my wife had the Alarm Force "Voice" talking to her live, while she found the dog out of his cage and then reported this to the Alarm force "Voice" that everything was OK.
