I am a realtor in Columbus, Ohio and have had several listing where the residence was vacant throughout the time it was listed for sale. One of the residences suffered extensive vandalism which included having all of the copper plumbing ripped put of the home. After repairs and renovations were completed, new appliances were purchased and delivered. Several friends warned me of the high probability that the appliances could be stolen. I contacted AlarmForce and learned that their system was not only portable but did not require a landline telephone to operate. I ordered the system and have had no attempts by vandals to break into the home. When the property is sold, I will move the system to the next vacant home that I list for sale. We've had a number of burglary issues in our community the past several months and my wife and young son were concerned about their safety when I was not home. As well, my job requires personal protection due to the nature of my business. Since having Alarm Force installed, it has brought peace of mind when at home and when away, especially on our recent vacation when I called to alert your team of my upcoming vacation and they set up the system and performed a system check at that time. Your people and service are top notch! The comfort and security it has brought my family is worth far more than the low installation and service costs!

"I am writing this as a relatively new customer to AlarmForce. Previously we had a "big name" company for our alarm service. When that company's equipment failed to meet our needs on a couple of different levels, including raising the monitoring prices yearly, we decided it was time for a change. I had heard the commercials on the radio for AlarmForce and decided to give them a try. The technician that came out to install was great! I was not home but my wife could say enough about the technician. Everything was installed to our satisfaction and works great! Hopefully we won't have to ever use the system in an "emergency" sense, but it's nice to know that it is there. Thanks for a great service at a great price!"

I want to thank you most sincerely for your response this morning when I apparently triggered a false alarm at our residence and left our back door unlocked. I was having some difficulty with my wife when we left (she has Alzheimer's disease). When I returned about an hour later I noticed the door was now locked and the telephone was ringing. It was your office with notification of the alarm and your response. Our son also phoned shortly afterwards to advise that you had notified him also in response to the alarm. I had also neglected to turn on my cell phone. Again, my sincere appreciation for your immediate response and corrective action; but then, that's why we subscribe to AlarmForce. But please accept my apology for causing the problem in the first place.

On my way home today around 12:15 p.m., I received a call from AlarmForce advising me that my alarm had alerted them to a possible break-in. Since no one should be at home at this time, they called the police. They told me that the police should arrive in approximately five minutes. Upon my arrival, I discovered the front door was open and AlarmForce advised it would be best not to go into the house until the police arrived. In about 20 minutes my cell phone rang and it was AlarmForce checking to see if all was okay. I advised them that the police had not arrived but that I would like to go into my house. They so kindly stayed on the phone with me during my entry and while I checked out the house. They also were kind enough to make the call back to the police advising them it was a false alarm. I just want to say thank you to the phone attendant and to AlarmForce. It would have been very frightening if I would have had to go into the house alone. It was a comfort just having someone on the phone with me. I truly appreciate the service you provide us.

AlarmForce provides the exceptional services. I made a couple mistakes for false alarm. They responded in really professional way. Plus the two way communication technology is great. We feel much safer now when we got AlarmForce.
