Recently we had a technician come in regarding my alarm working incorrectly. He fixed the issue and spent about one hour addressing our concerns for safety in our basement. I recently had some service done to our alarm system and after retelling the story my father had suggested that I email you about the experience. In fact, it really was no different then past service visits we have had with AlarmForce. The three guys I have seen over the last few years have all been fairly young and each of them has pleasantly surprised me with their professional demeanor. Each one of them has been courteous, friendly and organized. it starts with them showing up on time for the appointment, taking their shoes off without having to be asked, respecting their surroundings and always offering up advice or guidance with the system. In fact. even the service I receive on the phone from your central station has always been pleasant and professional. So all said, you've done an excellent job at training them to provide an exceptional customer experience. Anyways, I thought I'd share.

AlarmForce has given us the peace of mind that we thought would elude us forever. We lost our home and all that we owned in a house fire in 2010. Thankfully we were away on a weekend trip out of town because we would have most likely perished in the fire as well. Before getting AlarmForce my husband and I were both extremely nervous about leaving our new home for more than a few minutes at a time. We both had very restless sleeps imagining it would happen again. That is all changed now that we have AlarmForce. We are much more relaxed because we know consciously and sub-consciously that we and our home are being watched over 24/7. It is difficult to put in words just how that peace of mind has helped us get back to what we can only describe as “normal” again. I am contacting you on behalf of my mother. We have been very happy with this service and I would highly recommend it to anyone requiring the peace of mind it provides to seniors such as my mother that want to remain in their home and independent or to the children and caregivers of elderly parents who just want to know that help is always at hand in an emergency. I've been using an Alarm Force security system in my business for 3.5 years. The system is EXACTLY what I wanted, the installer/tech was friendly, courteous and informed. I've had four alarms in the time I've had the system; two because my back door was frozen shut in the winter and couldn't shut my alarm off in time, 1 because I forgot to shut my alarm off, and 1 because someone did, in fact, try to break into my shop. My alarm system was recommended by my insurance agent, and I can safely say that it was a wise choice.
