ALARMFORCE ANNOUNCES RECORD  INSTALLATIONS FOR 2007

Joel Matlin, President and CEO, is pleased to announce that AlarmForce Industries Inc. closed its 2007 fiscal year with record annual installations of 18,357 new subscribers for the year ended October 31, 2007. This marks the highest growth of new subscribers in the company’s history and resulted in 11,916 net new accounts bringing the total account base to over 78,000 subscribers, which is an 18 % increase over last year.

Mr. Matlin remarked, “This has been the most successful year for AlarmForce, in regards to subscriber growth and I am confident that we have the opportunity and the capability to continue delivering significant growth for the foreseeable future.”
