Received an entry door burglary signal. There was no response on the two-way voice.  The key holder said no one should be on the site and he would be attending with the police.  Dispatched Barrie police.  Customer called to inform us that there was an attempted break and enter.  The culprits had unsuccessfully tried to enter through a back window. The proceeded to force the front door but were frightened off by the alarm.  Nothing was stolen.

A residence in Decatur, GA

Received a burglary signal and heard suspicious activity over the two way voice.  Dispatched police.  Police were on scene within minutes and apprehended the culprit who is now in custody.

This customer later called in and spoke to customer care and told Julie how we had saved him.  He was at church when the above incident occurred and because of how the alarm system and prompt dispatch, all his musical instruments were saved.

Our sales rep, Terry took a call from one of his new customers from Leamington, ON

“A Leamingotn area customer of ours just had his Alarmforce system installed yesterday. He called to say he already had a break-in today through a locked window. The intruder set off the Motion Sensor, and it appears that our 2-way voice operator in the Central Monitoring Station successfully voice threatened the burglar out before he had time to steal anything. Customer was contacted at home by us, and came to his business to see the smashed window, and that nothing was stolen.

He called to say how happy he was with his decision to go with our company’s alarm system.”
